Dan Haugh
joined the firm in 1991 and is one of the founding partners.
He is responsible for the firm’s daily operations,
and regulatory, compliance and financial activities. He
devotes the majority of his time to discussing risk management
alternatives with PTI Securities’ individual and
institutional clients.
Before joining PTI Securities, Dan traded grain
and bond options as a floor trader on the Chicago Board
of Trade, and stock options as a member of the Chicago
Board Options Exchange (CBOE). He also regularly delivers
educational seminars to PTI’s clients and is an
instructor for the CBOE’s “Options Institute.”
He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting
at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana,
and an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago. He is a
regular contributor to major
financial outlets such as Bloomberg, CNBC,
Fox Business and First Business Additionally,
he contributes to CBOE's
community blog. In his free time, Dan enjoys
biking and
soccer. A
native of Chicago, Dan lives in the city’s Beverly
neighborhood.

Tom
Haugh serves as the Chief Investment Officer with direct
responsibility for managing the firm’s managed money
accounts. Bloomberg TV, FOX-TV and other leading media outlets
regularly interview Tom to obtain his investment know-how,
and to explain how the latest financial news impacts investors.
Before establishing PTI Securities, Tom traded on the floor
of the Chicago Board Options Exchange for 18 years. Prior
to that, he was a senior financial analyst for Pullman Standard
Railcar Company in Chicago. He served as the president of
the Professional Trader’s Institute from 1990 to 1996,
and he was a member of the board of directors of the Chicago
Board Options Exchange (CBOE) from 1993 to 1998. Tom earned
a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University
of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, and a master’s
degree in finance from the University of Chicago. At the
University of Chicago, he studied under Nobel Laureates
Milton Friedman and George Stigler. Tom is the primary money
manager of the Protected Index Program® at PTI Securities
& Futures LP. From 2001 to 2008, Tom co-hosted the daily
“Stocks and Jocks” informational investment
radio program on Chicago’s WSCR Radio and currently
hosts this show
on 1240AM WSBC Chicago from 5:30am-7:00am and this
show streams online daily at www.StocksAndJocks.net.
Tom also writes
for his weekly financial blog, "DOLLAR$
and SEN$E". In his free time, Tom enjoys
watching his beloved Chicago Cubs baseball.
A Chicago native, Tom lives in the city’s Lincoln
Park neighborhood.

One
of the firm’s founding partners, Robin Spitalny joined
us in 1991. She
works with the firm’s East Coast clients to create
and manage their long-term investment plans. She specializes
in managing company retirement plans.
Robin has nearly 30 years of professional experience
in securities and financial services. Before joining the
firm, she traded on the American Stock Exchange and the
Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) for 13 years. She
also has served as assistant treasurer at Pullman Inc. in
Chicago. Robin
is one of the original members of the “Council of
One Hundred,” a mentoring organization for women undergraduate
and graduate students at Northwestern University.
A native of Albany, New York, she earned a bachelor’s
degree in business administration from the University of
Michigan in Ann Arbor, and an MBA from Northwestern University
in Evanston, Illinois. In her free time, she enjoys playing
golf with her son.

Dave
Westhouse is responsible for the execution of retail securities
transactions on behalf of PTI Securities’ individual
and organizational clients. This includes ensuring that
clients’ transactions are executed and completed in
a fast, seamless and professional manner, and with clear
ongoing communications between the investor and securities
providers. Dave
joined PTI Securities in 1992, and has more than 30 years
of experience in securities and financial services.
Before joining the firm, he worked for 13 years as
a trader at the Chicago Board Options Exchanges (CBOE),
where he traded equities and Standard & Poors 100 Index
Options (OEX).
Dave has served as an instructor in trading classes
at the CBOE’s Options Institute.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in education
at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale.
In his free time, he enjoys doing crossword puzzles
and traveling.Dave has two grown children, and lives with
his wife in Evanston, Illinois. |

Jim
Doran is responsible for overseeing the operation of clients’
managed accounts. This includes working with Mesirow Financial,
R.J. O’Brien and other financial firms with which
PTI Securities has close working relationships.
In 1991, Jim started at PTI Securities as a broker.
He has more than 26 years of experience in securities and
financial services.
Before joining the firm, he was a portfolio manager
for an independent market maker on the Chicago Board Options
Exchange (CBOE).
A Chicago native, Jim earned an associate degree
from Moraine Valley Community College in Palos Hills, Illinois.
In his leisure time, he enjoys watching sports and

Larry
Kelch is responsible for the operations of PTI Securities.
He also oversees customer relations and compliance.
Larry has more than 38 years of professional securities
and financial services experience. He joined PTI Securities
in 1990. Prior to that, he was senior vice president at
First Options of Chicago. When not working, he enjoys biking
and playing guitar.
Larry has three grown children, and he and his wife
live in a Chicago suburb.

Larry
Parkhill is responsible for managing the private assets
of the firm’s major individual and organizational
clients. He also leads the “PTI Pro Direct”
program, a professional stock and option trading platform
providing personal service and advice from the firm’s
brokers. It is PTI Securities’ most popular service
for independent traders. Larry joined PTI Securities in
2005 in this capacity. Prior to that, he was vice president
for ING Group from 1998 to 2001. With more than 30 years
of experience in the securities and financial services industry,
he also has considerable experience as an option market
maker, specialist floor broker and risk manager. Larry has
been very active with major stock exchanges in the US and
Europe. He is a 21-year member of the Chicago Board Options
Exchange (CBOE), where he has served on several CBOE committees.
He helped to establish the European Options Exchange (EOE)
in Amsterdam, and the options exchange at the former Pacific
Stock Exchange (PSE) in New York City. He also has been
a member of the EOE, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME)
and the PSE. Larry earned a bachelor’s degree in finance
from the University of Illinois in Champaign. Away from
work, he enjoys running and playing the guitar. Larry and
his wife live in Chicago. |

Matt
Frankiewicz is responsible for online trading and network
support, and is an account executive serving many PTI Securities
clients. With
more than 14 years of experience in the securities and financial
services industry, Matt joined the firm in as a broker in
2000. Previously,
he worked on the trading floor of the Chicago Board of Trade
(CBOT) for LFG LLC in Chicago.
Matt earned his Associates

from Triton College in River Grove, Illinois, and is a member
of Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society.
Away from work, Matt enjoys all outdoor activities

Sarah McNabb has
overseen client relations,
communications and has
directed all marketing,
brand management, and campaign metric analysis.
She designed and currently manages multiple internal business
websites including PTISecurities.com,
PTIProDirect.com
and StocksAndJocks.net.
Additionally, she co-produces the daily "Stocks
and Jocks" show, assisting with podcast production
and social media marketing. She coordinates investment
seminars, compiles
and dispatches PTI's Weekly Newsletter, works with
major financial media outlets, and provides internal
compliance support. She
also films, edits and uploads daily financial video and
unusual option activity to PTI's website. Prior
to joining the firm she was a graphic designer for
Alliance Airlines at O’Hare International
Airport, and was
a marketing and membership assistant at
NACM Chicago-Midwest.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in illustration
from Columbia College Chicago
and a Master's Degree in New
Media
Studies
from
DePaul University.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys drawing

John
Neal directs PTI Securities’ Glendale, Arizona office
serving the firm’s clients in the Phoenix metro area
and across the Western U.S. He oversees day-to-day operations,
including client services, investor education, staff management
and marketing. John has more than 12 years of management
experience in the securities and financial services industry.
He joined PTI Securities in 2003 in this role. Prior to
that time, he was a branch manager with Phoenix area firms,
Granite Capital Management and, most recently, Independent
Financial Management. A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania,
John earned a bachelor’s degree in international management
from Arizona State University in Tempe. Away from work,
John enjoys reading, live music and outdoor activities.
He also volunteers with the St. Vincent De Paul Society
and the Lupus Foundation of America. Married with two children,
John and his family live in Peoria, Arizona.

Christopher Manns manages
the firm’s global commodities area and is a research
analyst. He devotes much of his time to monitoring and
analyzing the latest international commodities reports
and financial research. This allows him to keep the firm’s
management well informed so that they can, in turn, apprise
their clients on pertinent information.
Christopher has more than 18 years of securities
and financial services experience. Prior to joining PTI
Securities, he was a floor broker for AE Staley at the
Chicago Board of Trade, and worked for the grain division
of Rodman & Renshaw.
He has authored many commodities articles and training
materials, and speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Christopher earned a bachelor’s degree in
economics from Catholic University of America in Washington,
DC. Christopher
lives with his wife in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood.

Joining the firm in July,
2010 as a broker, Rhonda Kisel is our newest member. Based
in Ohio she takes care of many of PTI's Ohio clients,
specializing in technical analysis. Prior to joining
the firm, Rhonda was involved in the financial securities
industry since 1993 and received her bachelors degree
from Ohio University. Outside of market hours, she enjoys
rock climbing, playing soccer and is a thespian. Rhonda
currently lives in the Tremont neighborhood of Cleveland,
Ohio.
